Lakeshore on the South Shore

Writer: lakeshorehomeloanslakeshorehomeloans

Live music is a prize loved by many, and Bill goes all in when there’s an opportunity to see someone awesome.  Bryan Adams proved to be just that, awesome, with the same exact voice from the cassettes and CDs we all loved.  He played the best of his variety with guitarist Keith Scott, both of whom seemed like a couple of 20-year-olds having a good time.

The Edgewood Resort was another element of the trip that did not disappoint.  Nothing about this place was subtle with its grand entrance, spectacular lake views, and spacious rooms.  I highly recommend treating yourself to a few nights here– especially on ski days when you want to lounge in luxury after a fun and tiresome day on the mountain.

This was my first ski trip to the appropriately named resort, Heavenly.  Our first day was cloudy and prickly with snow/ice, but still fantastic.  The skies opened into blue brilliance on the second day, making it the best day of skiing I’ve ever experienced.  We met people from Chicago, Rhode Island, and Tennessee, which was a great reminder of how lucky we are to have this iconic place so close to home.

We hope you are enjoying your winter and experiencing great things!
